Automated food gradelogistics in Sydney.
Eighteen years running the world's most demanding supply chains, now engineered into a purpose built, food grade, ambient and temperature controlled facility in Sydney.

The operating picture
What running with us actually looks like.
These are the standards this operation was engineered to hold, not an aspiration we're growing into.
Order accuracy standard
Scanned at every touch, not sampled at the end
Dispatch cut off to metro
Sydney metro and Greater Sydney lanes run daily
Inventory visibility
One WMS, your data, no wait for an end of day report
Temperature controlled
Backed by redundant power with continuous monitoring
About
Not a new company.
A new chapter.
Since 2006 we've been running supply chains for the world's most demanding brands. Today that includes coffee for a national Starbucks network, furniture for IKEA and food for Nestlé, across Asia and Australia. Australia is the newest operation, and it inherits all of it: the same engineering standard, the same platform, the same people.

Experience from the wider TWL Group.
These programs run across our international operations. They are the standard the Australian operation was built to, rather than Australian client accounts.

The Australian operation
Eighteen years of practice, built into our newest site.
- Sydney
- Kemps Creek. Purpose-built, food-grade, operating now.
- Under 10 km
- Western Sydney International Airport.
- M4 and M12
- Seven and eight kilometres to major motorway connectivity.
- Mamre Road Precinct
- One of Australia's fastest-growing logistics corridors.

Intelligent
Anyone can buy machines.
Few can mobilise the data.
Every movement in the building is captured by our proprietary Warehouse Management System, and is handed straight back to you.
You see every pallet as it moves.
Live inventory, live throughput, integrated with your systems. Decisions stop waiting on an end of day report.
You brief one partner, not five.
Warehousing, port haulage, distribution, value add and fulfilment all on one platform. One point of accountability.

Automated
Built modern, not modernised.
Automation, WMS, robotics and data integration were engineered in from day one. We started with a blank site and designed the building around the machines.
Kemps Creek, by the specification.
Ambient pallet positions
Temperature controlled, 16 to 18 °C
Internal clear height
Hardstand depth
Recessed docks and on-grade rollers
Independent temperature environments
ASRS
High bay automated storage and retrieval, transferred from our global sites.
AGV and RGV
Autonomous vehicles moving pallets without a forklift in the aisle.
Robotic picking
Goods to person workflows engineered for direct to consumer volume.
Automation ready floors
Tolerances and power laid in before the first pallet arrived.

Sustainable
A foundation,
not a values statement.
Sustainability is a foundation of our business, not a values statement. The structure, the power and the fleet were designed to this standard from day one, so it is a capability you get, not an added cost you pay for.

Energy cost you can forecast
Rooftop solar and 5 Star Green Star construction mean your energy line stays predictable, not something that moves with the market.
Emissions that improve without you asking
An EV prime mover transition is already underway, so your reported emissions per pallet move the right way each year.
Tender ready from day one
ISO 14001 evidence is maintained continuously, so supplier questionnaires are answered in days rather than quarters.
Efficient building systems
Lighting, airflow and thermal envelope were specified together, so holding temperature costs less energy to do.

Book a call or
come walk the floor.
The fastest way to understand what we have built is to see it or stand inside it.
- 30 minutes
- Floor walk, automation in motion, and the temperature environments.
- Who you meet
- The general manager, commercial manager, and the people who will run your account.
- What you leave with
- A capability fit and an indicative onboarding path for your volume.
